RepairPhotoAI provides AI-powered photo restoration services, including scratch removal, damage repair, clarity enhancement, and colorization. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

4. Payment and Credits

Our service operates on a credit-based system. Refunds may be approved by us or by the payment provider under the applicable policy. When a payment is refunded, the credits and paid access granted by that purchase may be revoked. If your current credit balance is lower than the amount being revoked, your available credits may be reduced to zero. Credits expire after 1 year from the date of purchase. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to photos you upload. By uploading photos, you confirm that you own them or have the necessary permission to process them, and you grant us a limited license to process them for restoration purposes only. We do not claim ownership of your photos and automatically delete them after 24 hours.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not upload content that violates law, infringes intellectual property, invades privacy, or lacks necessary consent. Prohibited uses include face swaps, impersonation, deceptive synthetic media, identity verification spoofing, sexually explicit content, and any illegal material. We reserve the right to suspend access and report unlawful content to authorities.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepairPhotoAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
