Why are generated images only kept for 24 hours?
We prioritize your privacy and data security. Generated images are automatically deleted after 24 hours to protect your personal photos. However, you have a full day to download your restored images. This approach balances privacy protection with your convenience.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 1 year from the day you buy. Use them before they expire.
Will I get a refund if restoration fails?
If it fails on our side—server or system issue—we put the credits back. If the photo's too far gone and the result is poor, that's not refundable.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds may be approved by us or by the payment provider under the applicable policy. If a payment is refunded, the credits and paid access granted by that purchase may be revoked. If your current credit balance is lower than the revoked amount, your available credits may be reduced to zero.
